The following are some key dates. Further details are available on Engage Stratford:
- October 28/2024 - 2025 Draft Budget package and survey released
- November 18/2024 - 2025 Budget Open House 4pm to 7pm in City Hall Auditorium - where you can speak with Councillors and/or Senior Staff regarding the draft budget
- November 19/2024 - 2025 Budget Survey closes
- November 23/2024 - Pop-Up event at Farmer's Market
- November 25/2024 - Pop-Up event at The Local Community Food Centre
- November 28/2024 - first full day of budget deliberations by the Finance and Labour Relations Committee, starting at 9am
- December 03/2024 - second full day of budget deliberations by the Finance and Labour Relations Committee, starting at 9am
- December 09/2024 - third meeting for budget deliberations starting at 4:30pm
- Just Added January 9/2025 - fourth meeting for budget starting at 4:00pm in the Council Chambers at City Hall
