We will activitate our "Keep it Kool" campaign when:
- outdoor temperatures reach 36 degrees Celsius and above, including the humidex for three or more consecutive days.
- With or without smog advisory
Our communication to the public will include:
- Posting hot weather information and thresholds
- Advise the public of our available cooling centres.

If you need to stay cool when the weather is hot, the following City facilities are available to the public during business hours:
- Anne Hathaway Park Splash Pad – open daily 9 a.m. – 9 p.m.
- Stratford Public Library - Visit the library website for operating hours.
- Stratford Rotary Complex – open 9 a.m. – 9 p.m.
