Back to SearchThe City of Stratford is working to centralize customer service and make it more accessible at City Hall by relocating the main floor reception desk to the Clerk’s Office on the ground floor. This change will be effective Monday, January 27, 2025.
This means that residents and customers will be able to purchase or make payments on the following in one location at the Clerk’s Office:
- bag tags
- green bins and recycling bins
- bus passes
- property taxes
- parking tickets
The following services will also continue to be provided at the Clerk’s Office:
- marriage licensing
- business licensing
- commissionings
- animal registration
- bicycle licenses
