Lease of Agricultural Land Adjacent to Stratford Municipal Airport

The City of Stratford is leasing 160 acres of agricultural land adjacent to the Stratford Municipal Airport at R.R. #1, 3022 Perth Line 40. This lease includes restrictions detailed in the Tender Package.

Agricultural land is described as Part of Lots 39, 40, 41, Concession 5 and Parts of Lots 38, 39, 40 and 41 Concession 6, adjacent to the Stratford Municipal Airport, majority of which is farmable.

The City makes no representation as to the immediate suitability for farming or condition of the soil.

This contract will commence Spring 2025, and end December 31, 2027.

All submissions must be received by 12:00 p.m. on Friday, February 28, 2025.
