All dogs and cats in Stratford are required to wear a registration tag at all times. Dog and cat tag registrations expire each year on December 31 and are renewed annually to ensure your pet’s information is up to date.
2024 pet tags are now available and can be purchased from the following locations:
- Stratford-Perth Humane Society
- City Hall, Clerk’s Office
- Various Veterinary clinics and pet stores in Stratford (visit the Pet Ownership Page on the City’s website for a complete list)
Revenue from the sale of pet tags goes to the Stratford-Perth Humane Society to help fund the programs and services it provides.
