Volleyball - Men |
This activity is drop-in and a fun and casual way to get involved in recreational men's volleyball. For those who wish to participate, simply show up to the Stratford Agriplex, 357 McCarthy Road, on Wednesdays. A small activity fee is gathered each session to support facility and equipment costs. Should there be interest in gathering a group of women to play volleyball at the same time on Wednesdays, let us know at 519-271-0250 extension 249! We'd be thrilled to start a women's pick-up volleyball activity on an adjacent court. |
Yoga - Chair |
Join us for a chair yoga! Practice postures will modify traditional yoga poses so that they can be done while seated in a chair. The modifications make yoga accessible for people who struggle to stand, and/or lack the mobility to move easily from standing to seated. Students will complete versions of gentle twists, hip stretches, forward bends and mild backbends, all combined with mindful breathing. |
Yoga - Flow |
Join us for a well-balanced weekly yoga class! Practice postures that facilitate balance and coordination, strength and mobility with a running theme of mindful breathing throughout. The class is for anyone 35 years of age and older. All abilities welcome. |
